The clinic has helped me a great deal .  When I tested out in the beginning I started with a 5.2 forty yard dash by the time the clinic was finished I ended with a 4.8 forty dash.  As far as strength I started with benching 190 one rep max and by the time it was finished I benched 220 1 rep max.  I recommend this to anyone who wants get better in football, this makes it easier to compete with high school athletes when you have the speed to play at everyone’s level if not above it.
